Enterprise agreements are agreements made at the enterprise level between employers and employees about terms and conditions of employment.

NECA has facilitated the making of a template agreement that Members can consider.  The employer enterprise agreement is a document that has been drafted by NECA industrial relations staff and is more likely to suit smaller contractors who want to provide their business with industrial certainty over the life of the agreement.
