Communications Cabling Regulatory Authority
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is the regulatory authority responsible for cabling regulation in Australia. Click here to go to their website.

Security Industry Regulator
Tasmania's security industry is regulated by Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading, who are responsible for:
- Issuing private security licences and registration
- Renewal of private security licences and registration
- Monitoring private security licence and registration holders
