NECA Safety Guide for Employees

The NECA Safety Guide is a handy pocket size booklet of industry standards and rules in easy to read layman's terms, which lays out clearly to employees, your expected health and safety requirements of them as they go about their job.  The booklets ideally would be issued to each employee when they attend a company induction so that they are aware of what your company’s expectations are in relation to health and safety.  There is facility for employees to sign that they understand the contents of the booklet and records can then be retained for audit purposes and proof you are meeting your obligation under the Act to provide information, instruction and training to your employees. The booklets are cross referenced to be read in conjunction with the Safe Work Method Statements
