No Harm Award Winner - Louis Crathern

Congratulations to Louis Crathern!

Safety is a core value of the ECA WA organisation. We are uncompromising in our commitment to the health, safety and welfare of our employees, customers, and community. It is our driving force and is fundamental to the way we work.

In line with this core value, we have adopted a NO HARM vision to promote a working environment that ensures the safety and well-being of all employees of ECA WA. ECA WA have implemented a program to recognise Hosts, Supervisors, Tradespersons and employees who contribute and show a commitment to our vision.

Louis Crathern, a fourth-year apprentice hosted by FREDON, has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision. 

Louis has been recognised by both Fredon and ECA WA for his commitment to safety. He shows great attention to safety requirements, not only for himself but also for those around him, works independently and always maintains a safe work area.
